AI algorithm automatically shows you which chat should require urgent attention.
It prioritizes all your chats based on each fan's unique behavior, recent spending activity, messages, and subscription history. After the algorithm analyzes those parameters, it determines the probability of purchasing for each chat in real-time.
Here's a brief overview of each Priority:
🔴🔴🔴🔴 Urgent Priority - Get in touch with this fan right away!
🔴🔴🔴⚪ High Priority - High probability of purchase. Talk to them after an urgent
🟠🟠⚪⚪ Medium Priority - There is a chance for a purchase. Follow up with these high-priority fans after completing conversations
🟠⚪⚪⚪ Low Priority - Fans who don't plan purchases
⚪⚪⚪⚪ No Priority - Save these chats for last, but don't ignore them
