Having trouble sending requests to a Creator?
Here are a few reasons why:
You’re trying to send multiple requests.
You haven't selected a primary post.
Your account isn’t verified in TopCreator.
You’re trying to send multiple requests
If you’ve sent an S4S request to the creator and it’s still pending, you can’t send a second S4S request to this creator.
In such a situation, you will see the following error message:
What you can do:
Cancel the previous request and send a new one.
Wait for the creator to accept or decline the previously sent S4S request.
Send a personal message to the creator.
Find another suitable creator on the Discover Creators page and send them a request.
You haven't selected a primary post
If you haven’t made one of your posts "primary" or you don't have any posts, you can’t send S4S requests to other creators.
In such a situation, you will see the following error message:
What you can do:
Сlick on "Share for Share" → "Posts" on the sidebar.
Click on the "Add Post" button if you don't have any posts.
Select a post you want to make the "primary" one → click "Edit" → check the "Primary Post" checkbox → click "Save", if you don’t already have a Primary Post.

Your account isn’t verified in TopCreator.
If your account isn’t verified in TopCreator, you can’t sent S4S requests to other creators..
In such a situation, you will see the following error message:
What you can do to verify your account:
Install the Application or Extension.
Log in to the app and launch your account, or sign in to the extension.

You can also click on the "Please Verify Your Account" notification in the lower right corner of TopCreator → click the "Verify" button to get started.
