Having trouble adding a team member?
Here are a few reasons why:
You’re trying to add a team member who is already added.
You are trying to add a team member without having any creators.
You’re trying to add a team member who is already added
If you specify the email address of a new team member who is already in your TopCreator team, you won’t be able to add them again.
In such a situation, you will see the following error message:
What you can do:
Refresh the "Team" page in TopCreator.
Check if your team member is already listed in the table on the "Team" page.
Keep in mind:
Your team cannot have two or more members with the same email address. Each team member must have a unique email address.
You are trying to add a team member without having any creators
If you don't have any creators, you won't be able to add a team member.
In such a situation, you will see the following error message:
What you can do:
Add at least one creator by using the “Add first creator" button or by clicking on the Creators page.
Try adding a Team Member again.
