Having trouble accepting requests?
If your account isn’t verified in TopCreator, you can’t accept S4S requests.
In such a situation, you will see the following error message:
What you can do to verify your account:
Install the Application or Extension.
Log in to the app and launch your account, or sign in to the extension.

You can also click on the "Please Verify Your Account" notification in the lower right corner of TopCreator → click the "Verify" button to get started.
